A phrase can be foggy. A next step can slip away. Reachlight gives each care-preparation idea a visual object: a lens to look through, a cord to follow, and a small capsule to carry. The words remain live, readable interface text; the photographs create a memorable place for them.

Five reaches organize twenty practical situations. There is no generic dashboard and no wall of warnings—only the next doorway and four ways to look through it.
Current instructions, access, language and communication, and the actual scope of an encounter all shape what happens before the conversation begins.

Prepare medicines and allergy information, a short chronology, privacy questions, and practical document or cost questions without typing sensitive details into the app.

The four-face lens
Every portal opens into a short loop. The images change with the action so the relationship is visible: first notice, then prepare, then phrase, then keep.
Pocket Light
Clip a cue when it feels useful. Reachlight remembers its internal ID so you can return to the exact lens. It offers no free-text health journal and does not ask for a name, diagnosis, medicine, result, or account.
Every saved object opens the family and phase it came from, preserving the spatial handoff.
An in-app clear tab removes all Pocket Light cue IDs after a direct confirmation.
Sensitive narrative belongs in a place chosen for health information, not in this visual cue tool.
