REACHLIGHT PRIVACY INFORMATION
A luminous translucent capsule passed through warm studio light

A visual care-preparation relay

A clearer question to carry forward.

Reachlight helps you notice one gap, prepare one cue, ask one plain-language question, and keep one next step close. It is designed for the moments around community care when a little structure can make information easier to carry.

The material language

Information can feel physical.

A phrase can be foggy. A next step can slip away. Reachlight gives each care-preparation idea a visual object: a lens to look through, a cord to follow, and a small capsule to carry. The words remain live, readable interface text; the photographs create a memorable place for them.

The Relayline

Move through the encounter, not through a menu.

Five reaches organize twenty practical situations. There is no generic dashboard and no wall of warnings—only the next doorway and four ways to look through it.

01 / ARRIVE

Make the doorway easier.

Current instructions, access, language and communication, and the actual scope of an encounter all shape what happens before the conversation begins.

02 / CHOOSE

Give one question the front seat.

Clarify screening, preparation, consent, and the question that changes what you do next. Reachlight helps shape the question; the care team supplies the answer.

03 / SHARE

Bring the useful context.

Prepare medicines and allergy information, a short chronology, privacy questions, and practical document or cost questions without typing sensitive details into the app.

04 / UNDERSTAND

Reveal the handoff.

Ask when results arrive, what they mean in plain language, how urgent a next step is, and who begins a referral. The app never interprets the result itself.

05 / CONTINUE

Keep the source attached.

Connect a single encounter to ongoing care, reliable information, practical disruption planning, and the kind of support that preserves a person’s voice.

The four-face lens

One moment.
Four verbs.

Every portal opens into a short loop. The images change with the action so the relationship is visible: first notice, then prepare, then phrase, then keep.

Pocket Light

A private sleeve, not a health record.

Clip a cue when it feels useful. Reachlight remembers its internal ID so you can return to the exact lens. It offers no free-text health journal and does not ask for a name, diagnosis, medicine, result, or account.

Return precisely

Every saved object opens the family and phase it came from, preserving the spatial handoff.

Clear deliberately

An in-app clear tab removes all Pocket Light cue IDs after a direct confirmation.

Keep details elsewhere

Sensitive narrative belongs in a place chosen for health information, not in this visual cue tool.

Organization context

Inspired by bringing care closer.

A current IRS-derived public record lists WellTogether Inc. in Bethesda, Maryland. A public WellTogether website describes community-centered mobile and pop-up care, prevention, education, navigation, and warm referrals.

Reachlight expands that surrounding domain into an original visual preparation experience: twenty app-authored situations, four purposeful lenses, and a small local cue pocket.

Reachlight is an independent editorial app concept, not a channel for WellTogether schedules, eligibility, referrals, or care decisions. For current organization information, use a source you can verify directly.
